All our bandanas are handmade here in the U.S. in Portland, OR.

All of our bandana orders are shipped via USPS. Since our bandanas are primarily made-to-order, each order takes approximately 3-5 days to be made and get shipped. Once the order is shipped, it may take 5-7 business days to arrive based on your specific location and the postal service. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Polka Dot Pups Boutique is not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. If you realize the address is incorrect before we have shipped your order please let us know immediately. However, once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination. So, please double check that the address you have entered is correct BEFORE submitting your order.

Hand wash as need in cold water with mild soap and lay out to air dry. Iron when needed, but for personalized or vinyl bandanas, iron on reverse side. DO NOT iron directly on vinyl as this can ruin the bandana.

Polka Dot Pups Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges as our bandanas are made-to-order. However, if there is an issue with your order please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
